Founder

Brad Begelman is the founder of Begelman Law and has over 30 years of experience in real estate and business law. He has handled thousands of real estate transactions, including commercial leases (representing both tenants and landlords), commercial property sales and financings, and residential transactions. As general counsel, Brad has been a trusted advisor, providing legal guidance on contracts, corporate governance, employment matters, insurance, compliance, litigation, and governmental affairs. His extensive experience allows him to navigate the complexities of real estate and business transactions confidently and efficiently. Over his career, Brad has been a law firm partner and general counsel for a national real estate company and a New York Stock Exchange-listed real estate investment trust (REIT). In addition to his legal expertise, he is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both the legal and business sides of real estate. Brad is an active member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and serves on its Governmental Affairs Committee. He has also served on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors and as Chair of its Real Estate Committee. Real estate and business transactions can be complex and stressful.
